There’s a consultation fee for the review and your video appointment, which the team will explain clearly when you get in touch — before anything is booked, with no surprises. Payment can be arranged conveniently online, including from outside India. Just ask when you reach out.
Once your reports and scans are with the team, a video consultation is usually arranged within a few days, depending on Dr Kumar’s schedule and how urgent your case is. Your written opinion follows shortly after your appointment. If your situation is time-sensitive, say so when you make contact and the team will do their best to prioritise it.
Dr Kumar consults comfortably in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil, so you can talk through your situation in the language you’re most at ease with.

Gather whatever you have: recent scans (CT, MRI, ultrasound or PET — the images and the reports), blood test results, any biopsy or pathology report, endoscopy findings, and discharge summaries or prescriptions from earlier treatment.
