Dr Ameet Kumar’s first choice is always the least invasive technique that gives the best outcome. Where keyhole surgery is safe and effective, he uses it — smaller cuts, faster recovery, less pain, shorter hospital stay. Where open surgery is genuinely safer for the patient, he recommends that instead. You will always get an honest explanation of which approach suits you and why.
All four procedures listed above are offered laparoscopically wherever clinically appropriate, drawing on over 25 years of surgical experience and training from AIIMS New Delhi and the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow.
